이용약관
시행일 2026년 9월 17일 · 프로젝트팀포유(이하 “운영자”)
이 약관은 운영자가 제공하는 웹 게임 빠사삭(waxballcracking.com 및 같은 이름의 앱, 이하 “서비스”)을 이용할 때의
조건을 정합니다. 서비스는 무료이고 회원가입이 없습니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스의 내용
서비스는 화면 속 물체를 누르고 깨고 저미는 놀이와 소리를 제공합니다. 이용료를 받지 않으며, 유료 상품·구독·아이템 판매가 없습니다.
따라서 결제와 환불에 관한 절차도 두지 않습니다. 앞으로 유료 기능을 만든다면 그때 이 약관을 고치고 미리 알립니다.
순위표, 오늘의 도전, 모두의 볼, 다른 기기로 옮기기, 알림 같은 기능은 이용자가 직접 고를 때만 동작하며,
그때 어떤 정보가 어디에 담기는지는 개인정보처리방침에 적어 두었습니다.
2. 계정이 없다는 것의 뜻
서비스는 아이디도 비밀번호도 만들지 않습니다. 대신 게임 진행이 그 기기의 브라우저에만 저장됩니다. 그래서 이런 일이 생깁니다.
- 브라우저에서 사이트 데이터를 지우면 진행이 함께 사라집니다. 되살릴 방법이 없습니다.
- 시크릿 모드·다른 브라우저·다른 기기는 서로 진행을 모릅니다.
- 기기를 옮기려면 서비스가 주는 옮기기 코드를 써야 합니다. 코드는 7일 뒤 사라집니다.
운영자는 이렇게 사라진 진행을 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다. 아껴 두고 싶은 기록이 있으면 옮기기 코드를 미리 받아 두시기 바랍니다.
3. 이용자가 올린 것
‘모두의 볼’ 에 만든 볼을 올리거나 순위표에 이름을 남기면, 그 내용은 다른 이용자에게 보입니다. 올린 내용에 대한 권리는 올린 사람에게 있습니다.
다만 서비스를 돌리는 데 필요한 범위(저장·전송·화면 표시·목록과 검색·백업)에서 운영자가 그것을 쓸 수 있도록 허락하는 것으로 봅니다.
이 허락은 무상이며, 올린 내용을 지우면 함께 끝납니다(이미 만들어진 백업은 개인정보처리방침에 적힌 기간 뒤 사라집니다).
운영자는 올린 내용을 팔거나 다른 서비스에 넘기지 않습니다.
4. 하지 말아야 할 것
- 남을 욕하거나 괴롭히는 말, 음란하거나 폭력적인 표현, 차별·혐오 표현을 이름이나 볼에 담는 것
- 남의 개인정보(실명·전화번호·주소·사진 등)를 본인 동의 없이 올리는 것
- 남의 저작물을 권리 없이 올리는 것
- 자동화된 수단으로 순위를 조작하거나, 값을 고쳐 기록을 만들어 내는 것
- 서버에 과도한 부하를 주거나, 보안 장치를 우회하려 시도하는 것
- 서비스를 분해·변조하여 다른 서비스로 만들어 배포하는 것
운영자는 이런 내용을 미리 알리지 않고 지울 수 있고, 반복되면 그 기기의 이용을 막을 수 있습니다.
신고 기능으로 접수된 내용도 같은 기준으로 봅니다.
5. 사진으로 만들기
‘내 사진으로 만들기’ 로 고른 사진은 그 기기에만 저장되고 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
다른 사람이 나오는 사진을 쓸 때는 그 사람의 뜻을 먼저 물어보시기 바랍니다.
6. 서비스의 변경과 중단
운영자는 서비스의 내용을 바꾸거나, 일부 또는 전부를 그만둘 수 있습니다. 미리 알릴 수 있는 일은 서비스 안이나 이 페이지에 알립니다.
기계 고장·통신 장애·천재지변처럼 미리 알릴 수 없는 일이 생기면 사후에 알립니다.
7. 지식재산권
서비스의 코드·그림·소리·글은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 속합니다. 이용자가 올린 것은 3항에 따릅니다.
서비스를 개인적으로 즐기는 것을 넘어 복제·배포·상업적으로 쓰려면 미리 운영자에게 물어야 합니다.
8. 광고
서비스에 광고가 실릴 수 있습니다. 광고주와의 거래는 이용자와 광고주 사이의 일이며, 운영자는 그 거래에 관여하지 않습니다.
9. 책임
운영자는 서비스를 있는 그대로 제공합니다. 다음 일에 대해서는 운영자에게 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 이용자 기기의 브라우저 저장소가 지워져 게임 진행이 사라진 경우(2항)
- 이용자가 옮기기 코드를 잃어버리거나 기한이 지나 쓸 수 없게 된 경우
- 이용자가 올린 내용 때문에 생긴 다툼
- 통신 장애·기기 문제 등 이용자 쪽 사정으로 서비스를 쓰지 못한 경우
운영자의 책임이 인정되는 경우에도, 서비스가 무료인 점을 고려하여 그 범위는 법이 정한 한도 안에서 정합니다.
이 조항은 소비자로서 법률상 가지는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
10. 건강에 관한 안내
서비스는 편안함을 주는 소리와 촉감을 다루지만 치료를 목적으로 하지 않습니다. 의학적 조언을 대신하지 않습니다.
빛의 깜박임에 민감하거나 소리에 불편을 느끼면 사용을 멈추고, 필요하면 전문가와 상의하시기 바랍니다.
11. 어린이
서비스는 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 그보다 어린 이용자는 보호자와 함께 이용하시기 바랍니다.
12. 약관의 변경
운영자는 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꾼 내용은 시행일 7일 전까지 이 페이지에 올립니다.
이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 올립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 그만두시면 됩니다.
13. 준거법과 재판관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 다툼이 생기면 민사소송법이 정한 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service
Effective September 17, 2026 · Project Team For You (“we”)
These terms govern your use of the web game BBASASAK (waxballcracking.com and the app of the same name, the “Service”).
The Service is free and has no accounts. By using it, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
The Service lets you press, crack and slice things on screen, with sound. We charge nothing, and we sell no items,
subscriptions or in-app purchases — so there is no payment or refund process. If we ever add a paid feature, we will
change these terms and tell you beforehand.
Rankings, the daily challenge, community balls, device transfer and notifications run only when you choose them.
What is stored, and where, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
2. What “no accounts” means
There is no username and no password. Instead, your progress lives only in that browser. So:
- Clearing site data in your browser erases your progress. It cannot be recovered.
- Private windows, other browsers and other devices know nothing of each other.
- To move devices you need the transfer code the Service gives you. Codes expire after 7 days.
We cannot restore progress lost this way. If a record matters to you, take a transfer code before you need it.
3. What you post
Balls you publish to the community, and names you leave on the leaderboard, are visible to others. You keep your rights in what you post.
You grant us permission — free of charge — to store, transmit, display, list and back it up as needed to run the Service.
That permission ends when you delete the content (existing backups expire on the schedule in the Privacy Policy).
We do not sell what you post, and we do not hand it to other services.
4. What you must not do
- Put abuse, harassment, sexual or violent content, or hateful or discriminatory language in names or balls
- Post someone else’s personal data (real name, phone, address, photo) without their consent
- Post work you have no right to
- Manipulate rankings by automated means or by altering values
- Overload our servers or try to get around security measures
- Reverse engineer or modify the Service and redistribute it as another service
We may remove such content without prior notice, and may block a device that does it repeatedly.
Reports submitted through the Service are judged by the same standard.
5. Making balls from your photos
Photos you choose stay on your device and are never uploaded. If other people appear in a photo, please ask them first.
6. Changes and interruptions
We may change the Service, or stop part or all of it. Where we can give notice, we post it in the Service or on this page.
For things we cannot foresee — hardware failure, network outages, natural events — we tell you afterwards.
7. Intellectual property
The Service’s code, art, sound and text belong to us or to their rightful owners. Content you post is covered by section 3.
Beyond enjoying the Service personally, ask us before copying, redistributing or using it commercially.
8. Advertising
The Service may show ads. Any dealing with an advertiser is between you and them; we are not a party to it.
9. Liability
We provide the Service as is. Except where we act with intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for:
- progress lost because your browser storage was cleared (section 2)
- a transfer code you lost, or one that expired
- disputes arising from content you posted
- your inability to use the Service due to your network or device
Where we are liable, the extent is set within the limits the law allows, taking into account that the Service is free.
Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
10. About health
The Service deals in comforting sound and touch, but it is not intended to treat anything and is not a substitute for
medical advice. If you are sensitive to flashing light or find the sound uncomfortable, stop and consult a professional if needed.
11. Children
The Service is intended for people aged 13 and over. Younger users should play with a guardian.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Changes are posted here at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days
where the change is unfavourable to users. If you do not accept the new terms, please stop using the Service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court designated by the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
