Privacy Policy
Effective September 13, 2026 · Project Team For You (“we”)
We operate the web game BBASASAK (waxballcracking.com, the “Service”). The Service has no accounts and does not ask for your name,
phone number, email or address. Your game progress is, in principle, stored only in your own browser.
1. What we process and why
| Feature | Data | Purpose | Retention |
|---|
| Leaderboard | Nickname you enter, score · medals · types cleared, a random device ID created by your browser | Show rankings · update your record | Until you ask us to delete it or we remove it |
| Daily challenge board | Nickname, stars · balls, an encrypted fingerprint of the device ID | Daily ranking | Deleted automatically after 60 days |
| Move to another device | Game progress, retrievable only with the code you receive | Transfer progress | Deleted automatically after 7 days |
| Community balls | Ball name · settings, creator name (optional), an encrypted fingerprint of the device ID | Share and list created balls | Until you ask us to delete it or we remove it |
| Likes · reports · invites | Encrypted fingerprints of the device ID and of your IP address (the raw IP is not stored) | Prevent duplicates and abuse, grant invite rewards | Until the related ball or record is deleted |
| Notifications (only if you subscribe) | Browser push address, language | Daily new-ball notice | Deleted when you unsubscribe or delivery fails |
| Ghost hand | Touch positions and timing on a ball — nothing that identifies you | Replay other players’ touches | Newest 6 per ball, deleted after 90 days |
| Visit statistics | A daily visitor fingerprint (IP and browser data mixed with a secret), totals by country · device type · browser · language · referrer | Improve and operate the Service | Fingerprints 90 days, totals about 400 days |
| Error signals | Error type · code location · short fingerprint | Fix bugs | Totals only, about 400 days |
| Abuse prevention | Request counts per encrypted IP fingerprint | Block excessive requests | Minutes to one day |
The data above is also kept in private backups of our database for up to 30 days, then deleted.
2. Deletion
Data is deleted automatically when its retention period ends; backup copies are deleted after 30 days.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except where required by law.
4. Processors and international transfer
| Recipient · country | Role | Data · method | Retention |
|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. · USA (global data centers) | Website, server, database and backup hosting, security | Data in section 1, sent over the network when you use the Service | As in section 1 |
| Google LLC · USA | Web fonts (Google Fonts) | IP address and browser data when fonts load | Per Google’s policy |
| Browser push services (Google, Apple, Mozilla, etc.) | Deliver notifications (only if you subscribe) | An empty notification sent to your push address | Per each service’s policy |
If ads are shown, Google AdSense may use cookies to serve them. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use a cookie (bl) to remember your language and browser storage (localStorage) for game progress and settings. Game progress stays on your device and is not sent to us,
except for features you choose (leaderboard, device transfer, etc.). Clearing site data in your browser removes everything, including your progress.
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or stop processing your data. Since there are no accounts, please include details that identify the record
(for example your nickname or the link to a ball you made). You can turn notifications off from the game’s notification button or your browser settings.
7. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- IP addresses and device IDs are stored only as secret-mixed fingerprints; raw IP addresses are not stored.
- Admin functions are protected by a password and access controls; backups live in storage with no public address.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. Please do not put real names or contact details in nicknames or ball names.
